For the 6th year in a row, PlantVision has been certified as a Great Place to Work – from December 2021 to November 2022

PlantVision is proud to be certified by Great Place to Work® for the 6th year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the company. This year, 91 % of employees said that PlantVision is a great place to work.

“Our culture, with strong employee commitment at its center, is our absolute greatest asset at PlantVision. Being certified by Great Place to Work for the sixth year in a row, as well as being considered one of Sweden’s best workplaces, is proof that our employees are happy and feel good at work, and that we have a healthy company. We have had good results over the years and have continuously improved ourselves. This year’s results were our best so far. It makes me fantastically proud and happy.”

Simon Thuresson, CEO, PlantVision AB

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Maria Grudén, CEO at Great Place to Work in Sweden. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that PlantVision is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
