We prioritize high availability and quick, professional handling of issues. Additionally, we strive to work closely with customers, providing advice about solutions and improvements, in order to increase the value of installed systems to customers.

Within our support framework we have gathered a number of services covering the administration, operation, maintenance and utilization of the systems we deliver. The goal is to offer customers support agreements with a great deal flexibility, where the unique needs of individual customers can be met.
