Aspen REAL-TIME STATISTICAL
PROCESS CONTROL ANALYZER

Aspen Real-Time Statistical Process Control Analyzer (formerly Aspen Q Server) is aspenONE’s module for statistical process control (SPC). Statistical process control is used in order to improve quality and reduce manufacturing costs. With Real-Time Statistical Process Control Analyzer statistical models can be applied on process data in real time. Expected process data behavior is formulated in rules, to which process data is tested in real time. At deviations from defined rules alarms are generated.

In Aspen Real-Time Statistical Process Control Analyzer there are standardised tools for visualisation of statistics, like for instance Histogram, Standard Deviation and scatter plots. Standardised diagrams for ad-hoc statistics is a module part of Aspen Process Explorer. In order to store statistical rules in database records and perform continuous online statistics, the licensed extra module Aspen Real-Time Statistical Process Control Analyzer is required.
