Aspen Production Execution Manager has been developed for the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, food industries), consumer package goods (CPG) and medical device industries to accommodate the requirements of good manufacturing practices (GMP) for batch manufacture. Aspen Production Execution Manager was conceived, developed and tested to facilitate FDA validation. Totally developed with ISO 9001 certified procedures and work practices, Aspen Production Execution Manager comprises all the necessary installation and operational qualification documents imposed by the statutory requirement covering computer validation.

Aspen Production Execution Manager is oriented towards the fields of assistance, control and traceability of your production and clinical trials operations by providing complete traceability of raw materials and traceability of operations through electronic batch records. Production quality assurance is guaranteed by the control of production recipes, weighing operations, cleaning procedures, drums and containers, and numerous resource checks. All resources, materials, people, equipment, etc., are tracked and maintained in the Aspen database.

Product genealogy, SQC Charts, Production "Replay", Batch Query, and Detailed Batch Report are just some of standard features in the Aspen Production Execution Manager solution. All information is subsequently available in electronic record form, subscribing to the "Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures" regulations established by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA 21CFR Part 11).
