Integration manager

Thermo Scientific Integration Manager is a flexible and powerful data transformation tool that delivers automated data acquisition and point to point data distribution across the enterprise. This easily deployed system provides connectivity to all parts of the laboratory workflow, translating data generated by any of the instruments, services, or third party enterprise applications that may be in place throughout the organization. Thermo Scientific Integration Manager 2.0 brings the capability to connect bi-directionally with Thermo Scientific SampleManager, Darwin and Watson LIMS, providing both instrument and enterprise integration.

Integration Manager 2.0 has been specifically designed to guarantee transaction throughput and service stability. The system has been tested to sustain multiple transactions per minute delivered from hundreds of end points for a period of weeks without external intervention. Optionally 'Microsoft Message Queuing' may be used to avoid sending the transaction payload to the database to further enhance efficiency.

A SQL Select Agent provides the capability to read data from Oracle, SQL Server and ODBC compatible data sources - opening up hundreds of new connectivity avenues; from legacy database systems to spreadsheets and even Microsoft Exchange.
