collecting, analyzing and presenting
information regarding availability,
throughput and yield quality, based
on events in, and the status of, the
process. Data is collected both automatically
via integrated systems and manually
by operators using an electronic diary,
which is included as part of the solution.
Information can then be presented graphically
using a web-based interface in accordance
with a hierarchy defined in the
application, i.e. per equipment, per
group of equipment, per plant unit,
per plant, per production unit or per
company.
The
fact that different types of data are
stored as different dimensions means
that varied and extensive analyses and
reporting can be carried out. Examples
